Romanian DL's with dumbbells - 6x20. Left thigh still has a charley horse.
Shrugs w/ Apollons Axle - Overhand grip - 193x10, 243x3, 263x3, 318x3, 338x3, 368x5, 323x12. Lower arms were beat to death after these.
Seated levering twists w/ big ratchet - 3 sets

Right - 6x2Full Deadlifts
Ironmind Claw Curls - Ring and Pinky - 2x40reps. DO NOT fuck around with these. It is all too easy to screw a knuckle up with those fingers.
