Hammer Hi-Row - worked 5 sets 10 reps. Increase weight each set. Finished heaviest ever.
Rope Pulls - 4x20
Hammer Low Row - 3x20
Smith Press, Hammer Press, Hammer Laterals - 3 circuits - no rest.
Light Arms
Abs

Hit the first row hard. Rest of workout was quick pace. Need to have some energy tomorrow.
