Saturday - 7/29 - GRIP

Got up at 430 to do some crap at work. Ate light yesterday, too many phone calls at the desk.

Trainer x20 each hand
Left - #1 x10, Shiny #2 - speed/overcrush
Filed #3 - 3 singles/pkus long holds. 1/4" filed off. Missing full close by a tad.

Right 10 singles with PDA Blobette - 43.5lbs. Worked up to +5lbs Platmates.

Went into this workout feeling a bit flat.

I'm going to hit the YMCA, then keep arms covered in Jack's Blue Heat.
