Tues Workout - 7/25

Lower back abs - also abs in between sets.

Strap Holds - Switched to nylon strap. A tad under 1/4".
Weight of Ironmind Olympic loading pin NOT included.

I'm going to go by feel on the next progression down on strap. Gripper crush is steadily coming back. I want to avoid going over the edge though.
