Hammer Row - 4x20 (Rotated with above, kept weight static)
Rope Pulls -4x20 (part of above rotation)
Smith Press, Hammer Laterals, Hammer Press - 3laps
Light Arms
Stretching
Abs

Not bad overall. Fast pace. Lower arms and lats a bit sore going in. Soreness cleared up when done.
