Sunday Workout 2/12

Lower Back/Ab Circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - heavy - 6 sets
Inverted Rows - Feet elevated - w/ Apollon's Axle - 45lb plate on chest - 6 sets - varied grip. Fast pace.
BLOCK work.
Fooled w 1/2 York 80
BLOB50 - Left - got air. Then a few singles with index tap + holdss
Right - +2.5lb Platemate - picked up and moved around for 3 singles.
Thumbs pumped fast.
10lb sledge to rear - 4 sets adding platemates each set. Ending with 3 sloppy reps +5lbs.
Brookfield Stick - slid around 5lb plate. Long bout.
Hands fried.
