Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets - heavy
Inverted Rows w/ Apollon's - Feet elevated - 5 sets - 50lbs on chest. Fast pace.

Left Index Asisst + hold - 5 singles - increase each set, finish w 5lbs
Right - 3 pulls w +2.5lbs. Finish with hold at 13.125lbs.
Fooled w Blobette - have not touched since end of December.

Overall not bad. Day off and shot rotation helped.
