Lowerback Ab circuit
GRIP
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets. Work to heavy weight
Inverted Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - feet elevated - 60lbs on chest - 5 sets. Short rests.
1/2 York 80 - Moved around mat, alternated hands. Hands were toasted from thick bar and yesterday.
BLOB50 - Worked Holds today. Index finger tap to get aloft then hold. worked up to 6.25lbs w/left. +11.25lbs w/right
Blookfield lever stick - 1 set each hand
10lb sledge to rear - throw on 5lb platemate at end. Sloppy 2 reps. Then fooled with it without weight.
Went into workout a bit sore. Managed a few high points.
