Lower back/ab circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets - heavy
Inverted Row - Feet elevated - w/ Aploolon's Axle - 5 sets - 50lbs on chest.
Fooled with 1/2 York 80 and Blob50. Better than Tuesday. But lower arms still a bit sore at start.
