Thursday Workout - 2/9

Lower Back/Ab circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets - low reps - heavy
Inverted Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - feet elevated - 45lbs on chest - 5 sets - fast pace
Played with 1/2 York80 and BLOB50 for 6 sets. Not to failure.
Towel Rollups - 2 doubled towels + hand towel - 3 reps up and down.
The thickbar stuff hits the whole grip chain.
