Thursday Workout - 2/23

Lower Back Ab circuit
Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 4x10 medium weight
Inverted Row w/ Apollon's Axle - Feet Elevated - 5 sets - 45lb on chest
Backed off on the thick bar to re-cycle.
1/2 York 80 - deadlift singles each hand ( 3 or 4)
Hands tired after Apollon's
BLOB50 - Left - Index ass + holds + 5lbs of Platemates
BLOB50 - Right +2.5lbs - moved it around mat area.
Blobette - Left - more holds
Blobette - Right - pulls w 1.25 platemate.
The extra width of the Blobette is noticeable after hands are tired.
Called it a day.
