Friday Workout - 11/11 - GRIP

Right Thumb STILL borked.
Afternoon. I may have to take care of something tomorrow, so I squeezed a grip workout in today. Hands and wrists were still a bit sore from yesterday. I can confirm that training wrists on the day before crush does have a negative impact.
