Close Grip Bench - 135x20 185x20 225x20 275x20 225x20
Light DB benches - 3x20
Hammer Bench - Hammer Decline - superset 2 cycles
Hammer Low Row - 4 sets to heavy weight
Hammer Hi-Row - 4 sets to heavy weight

It is getting more difficult to get started this early in combination with the colder weather.
