Saturday Workout 11/19 - Part 2

Cable Face Pulls 3 sets to heavy weight.
Hammer Lower Row - 4 sets working to heavy weight.
Hammer Lat Pull - 3 sets working to heavy weight.
May have been best ever. I won't say what weights, this will drive some GB people nuts. Suffice it to say it was more than most can do. ;)
