Sunday Workout 11/13

Lower Back/Ab rotation
Shoulder rehab w/Jumpstretch bands
Right Tuhmb still borked extensionwise
Hands still a bit sore from Thursday and Friday.
Upright Rows w/Apollon's Axle - 5 sets. This hits the hands and
wrists pretty good.
1/2 York 50 - Shoulder rotations.
1/2 York 75 - Shoulder rotations. (I just bend over, hold the weight and make circles. Good shoulder rehab).
Practice popping off floor aim for 1-3" pull. For me this is the hardest part. Hands are a shade under 7.5"
