Wed Workout - 11/23

Pullups - 50,20 short rest. I do these on an old Nautilus multimachine. The handles are parallel to each other. This reduces any "wrist binding" pain.
Cable Pulls - 3x20 medium weight
Hammer Lat pull - 3 sets up to medium heavy. 12 reps each.
Light shoulder giant set - Hammer Laterals, Hammer presses, light standing presses. No rest. 3 cycles.
