Thursday Workout - 11/10

Right thumb is still borked, extension wise. :(
Lowerback/ab rotation
Jumpstretch shoulder rehab.
Apollon Axle Upright rows - 4 sets - 10-20 reps. Medium weight.
York Block work
Shoulder rotations with 1/2 Yorks 50 and 75. Good warmup, also more shoulder rehab.
Left Hand - 1/2 York 80 (Weighs 42lbs) - Concentrated on just getting off floor to 2". Used Platemate magnets to add weight.
+10 lbs, +11.25lbs, +12.5lbs, +13.125lbs. Sets of 3.
Right Hand - Same as above but using BLOB50
+5/8, +1.25, +2.5, +3.125 - sets of 3.

Towel Rollups - 2 bouts. Used some good weight.
Homemade Formulator extensions - 10lbsx15 15lbsx15 dropset 10x12
Apollon Axle rotations - 1 bout.

Could not close a #2 past half after this.
