Thursday Workout - 11/17

I was up until 1AM putting my new computer together. Then up at 5AM. I should have known better.

530AM
Lower back/Ab rotation
Grip:

Strap holds
Left - #3 - worked up to a solid 12.5lbs. Then died.
Right - bagged it. Did a few over crushes with the SuperMaster.

Holle-It-Up Dumbbell.
Concentrated on busting from floor a few inches with no tilt.
This fuking thing is slippery. :)

Left - managed a set of 3 with 108lbs.
Right - stayed at 92.5.

All in all, I payed for staying up and boozing and working on the new gaming rig. But there were a few bright spots.
