Hit abs before YMCA. Lower arms feeling a bit better.

Hammer Lat pull - 3 sets 30 reps. Increase weight each set. Fairly heavy weight. Quick pace
Hammer Press, Smith Press, Hammer lateral - 2 circuits.
Light arms
Finished with 2 sets of hanging leg raises. Legs straight. Controlled movement.
