Lat PUlls w/ Cybex Machine - 5 sets. Feels much more "in the groove" than the Hammer. Needs bigger stack.
Chins - 3x20
Cable Rows - 3x20
Hammer Lat Pull - 3x20
Hammer Press , Smith press - 3 circuits.
Reverse curls - 3x10
Hammer Preacher - 3x10

Lower arms a bit sore today. Play it by ear tomorrow.
