Sunday Workout 6/4

Lower Back Ab circuit
Upright Row w/ Apollon's axle - 6 sets - worked up to 213x12
Seated DB Hammer Curls - 2.5" bar - worked up to 80+ x3
1/2 York 80 - 5 sets 3 reps. Full DL fast Pace
1/2 York 80 - last 3 fingers - worked up to 5lbs left - solid air. Right worked to 12.5lbs additional - got solid daylight underneath.
1/2 York 50 - Index finger and thumb - 4 full deadlifts each.
Completely wiped out.
