Wed Workout - 6/28

530AM - YMCA
Did a bout with the ab-wheel before hand.
Chins - 67
Hammer Low Rows - 3 sets 12-15 reps
Hammer High Row - 2 sets 12 -15 reps
30 second rest on above sets.
Smith Press, Hammer press - 3 circuits, quick pace.
Reverse Curls, Hammer Preacher, rope extensions. No rest 2 circuits.

Lower arms a bit sore today.
