Sunday Workout 6/18

7AM
Lower Back Ab warmup. Also worked abs and stretching in between each set.
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 123x20 123x20 218x13 193x15. Quick pace.
Seated DB Hammers w/ 2.5 Inch Olympic Husky - 71.25x8 73.75x7 71.25x6. These are fuking murder.
AX Lever to front - 5 sets worked up to 5-5/8lbs of platemates additional.
AX Lever to Rear - 5 sets worked up to 10-5/8lbs of platemates additional.


PDA Blobette - (42.5lbs) - Left - worked to 1.25lbs additional. Sets of 3. Solid air.
Right - worked to 6.25lbs for a bit of air.

These are MURDER after the hammer curls.
