Heat was non-existent in the Y's weight room. Not much of a difference from my garage.

Close Grip Bench - index on smooth - 135x40, 225-4x30
Whole body circuit, some in frozen weight room, finished with Cybex machines in Health club area.

We congratulate Gazza for setting the bending standard, as well as the the record keepers for their meticulous devotion to their duties. We have entered a new era.
