Woke up sore. Had to chop up chunks of ice at the end of my driveway that the fuckhead in the plow left. I might be getting in the best workouts of the month. ;)

Went into work at 5AM to get some shit together.

Trap Bar Deadlifts - 3x20+

Levering - Seated with forearm on thigh and lying with arm straight up. Thumbpads were worn out after this.

Grip training
BLOB50 - Fucked around again. Hands still worn out from the shoveling. But at least it came off the ground today. ;)
