Nylon Strap Hold with #3 gripper. Weight of Ironmind Olympic Loading pin NOT included.

Right - PDA Blobette (44lbs base)
16 single dead lifts. Worked up to +2.5lbs in magnets. Just concentrated on form and quickness.

If you are joining in late, about 46lbs on blobette should put you in Blob/York50 striking range. My hands are under 7.5".

During the week will just be fuller range reps with the #2.
