Wed - 9/27

Went in feeling a bit "flat" today.
Hammer Rows (weights load at top) - Worked up to 4 pairs and change. Rest was scrounging around for 45's. 3 sets (15 reps or so) with top weight.
Hammer-Lat Pull - 4 sets - stayed with 4 pair and change.
Rope Pulls- 3x20
Smith Press/Hammer Press - 3 circuits.
Light arms
abs

Moved quickly through all movements.
