Lower Back Ab Warmup. Abs etc continue between sets.
Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 123x20 203x31 173x20 123x20
Time to re-cycle. If you are joining in late, these are done "Svend" style.

Seated 2.5inch DB Hammer Curls w/ Ironmind Husky Olympic+PVC - 85x7each, 85x10each. Still fatigued on first set.

Fooled with levering, arm at side front and back with Ax and 10lb sledge.

Block work with 1/2 York 80 and Blobette. Nothing formal. From elbows down were pretty much hosed. No sense in overdoing it after yesterday.

If you don't have some sort of thick bar or dumbbells, get on it.
