Elbow traction with purple Jumpstretch band.
Romanian Deadlifts 5x10

Shrugs w/ Apollons Axle - Overhand grip - 193x20, 243x20, 293x20, (no rest drop set) 243x20
Hands finished.

Grip Training

Left Hand Blob50 - 8 deadlift attempts - 4 singles w/+1.25lbs Platemates, 4 singles w/+1.875lbs Platemates. All got air, and lateral move/arc of 6-8 inches.

Right Hand - PDA Blobette - 48.5lbs base weight - 8 deadlift singles. Fatigued today.

Levering with ratchet and Platemates.

Past 4 weeks, solid improvement.
