Tuesday - 12/5

Got up a little under the weather. Could not shake the crappy feeling during workout.
Lower arms and Trap bar deadlift chain muscles sore.

530AM

Lower back/ab warmup. Elbow traction with Jumpstretch bands.

Supersetted deadlifts with the Trap bar and shrugs with the Apollon's axle. 5 sets. short rests.

Brookfield stick, other levering with ax and ratchet.

In between levering worked in a few Blob50 and Blobette lifts.

Called it a morning.
