Monday - 6/25

530AM - This past week has been murder trying to get up.

YMCA - Close Grips - 5 sets of 10, finishing w/ 315.
Hammer Flat, Incline, Decline - 2 passes
Kelso Lat Pull Shrugs
Light arms


Grip Training - Just screwed around. One day you are "cock of the walk", the next you have regressed back to day 1. I was due for one of these weeks. ;)

I'm going to fry some Omega-3 eggs, then fire up an El Rico and take the dog for a lap.
