Grip Training
Right Hand - Plate pinch - thumb tore again. But managed to salvage something.
Left Hand - Pinch work w/ 1/2 York 80 and Blob50. Lefty pinch has always been a struggle. Have not touched the Blob50 in months. Got some air.
EZ Curls - 2x10 - finish w/ +150lbs (bar wt. not included)
Curls w /Triceps bar - 2x10 +110lbs (bar wt. not included)
Form loose, but not stupid.
Need to focus to prepare to bang a video out. Then we are fuking done.
