Thursday - 6/14

530AM - Reverse Hyper, 45 degree hypers, deadlifts w /trap bar

Grip Training

Right - Plate pinch - things are moving.
Left - Pinch Block work w/ Yorks

Curls with EZ Curl (bar weight not included, probably 30lbs) 3 sets of 5. Ended with +150lbs

Curls with Triceps bar (same as above, about 20lbs) +90lbs 20-25reps

I'll weigh the bars over the weekend.
