Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers, deadlifts w/ Trap bar.
Hands still feel shitty. It seems to get further in this worthless sport, setbacks are mandatory. Did some TTK, towel shit etc.
Biceps curls with triceps bar - 3x10 - loose style - just a bump with the hips, if you start these, it ain't the Limbo. - finished with +140lbs (bar not included).
