Went into work around 430AM to piddle around with something
7AM - Reverse Hyper, 45 degree hyper, Romanians w/ Trap bar
Grip Training - Everything felt "cold", right thumb still stinging. Decided to bag it.
YMCA - Hammer Low Rows (weight pins below handles) - 6 sets, 10-12 reps per, finished with 5 Pair of 45's and the change that was already on it. Circuited through rest of Hammer Lat stuff.
Finished w/ arm & shoulder work.
