Reverse Hyper, 45 Degree hypers, Romanian Deadlifts

Grip Training

2x45 Plate Pinch Rotations - 4 bouts with: +12.5lbs, +15lbs, +16.25lbs, +17.5lbs
NewSkin is slippery. Then it tore off. Plates are bloodied, but I got where I wanted to. Need to pamper thumb now.

Curls with Triceps bar - 4 sets of 3. Last 2 sets with +170lbs (bar weight not included). These are hitting biceps/forearm tie-in nicely.
