Fatigued, over the inane ramblings of a little person arguing that light weight gripsters who close the same gripper as a larger more well developed gripster is stronger. How can this be? Could it be that the bigger guy spent more time developing his WHOLE body through powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman or highland games training? The best grip guys are the ones that hammer the weights hard and eat well. Size is relative.
If you are content with having a body that resembles a guest of Dachau and closing a bigger gripper, then by all means do so. Just don't tie up bandwidth looking for excuses.

Do they not publish a book that has Nathan Holle demonstrating his technique where he sets the gripper to 1 inch? Is he pretending? We will review further. We suspect that there is a bit of "Fictional Hand" creep as well as the influence of some old-timers who feel that their accomplishments are being handily surpassed, and have a need to be remembered.
We have a sneaking suspicion as to who the hand model is.

Chris Benoit - Date Rape Drug Speculation
This is getting stupid now.

...But in the wake of the lurid events that played out in suburban Atlanta last weekend, the New York Daily News has learned that another drug may have been part of a deadly cocktail that could have caused Benoit to snap. According to sources familiar with his drug regimen, Benoit was a known abuser of the drug gamma-hydroxybutyrate — or GHB, also known as the “date-rape drug.” Benoit was known to have used GHB with former wrestler “Gentleman” Chris Adams when both men competed for the now-defunct World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in the late `90s. They used the drug together until Adams’ death in 2001, according to sources who knew both men, and friends say Benoit was still using it as recently as two years ago....

Grip Training
Right - Plate Pinch
Left - Blob50 Pinch (Using ramp slides, as seen in Iron Grip DVD).
EZ Bar Curls (Bar wt not included), +90lbs x5, +140lbs x 15 - Loose form, NO LIMBO.
5 foot Olympic Bar, 1-3/16 steel. It is "husky".
Curls with Triceps bar (bar wt not included) +110 x 20 or so.
Improvement.
