Still sick from neck up, but it is tiring. HUMID.

Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers. Too much snot in my skull for high rep deadlifts.

EZ Curl Reverse Curls (bar wt. not included) +90lbsx10, +100lbsx10, +110lbsx12

Single hand finger walks with sledgehammers.

Not bad.
