YMCA closed as all U.S.A businesses should be today.

Sick from the neck up. So I forced a workout in. I should have not done grip stuff 2 days in a row, but could not resist.

Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers. Did more than usual.

Right Hand - Plate Pinch Work
Left Hand - Blob50 Pinch Work

EZ Curl Reverse curls - 3x10 +90lbs (bar not included) pretty strict. I rarely ever do any curls to failure.

Single hand sledge hammer walks as described in the DieselCrew Book. Used 16lb sledge with athletic taped handle. Hands ruined after this, spilled coffee all over floor because of hand tremors.
