Monday - 7/30

Lower back was no good today. The weather change yesterday from hot and humid to cool thunderstorm, then hot and humid again sealed my fate. So I bagged any weight work. I tuned into Gilad on Fit-TV and rolled around on the exercise ball and rubbed Neosporin into my torn thumb.
