Hit work at 5ish to run a few jobs.

Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers.

Right - Plate pinching. Got some air with Platemates and 2xYork 45's. This narrow pinch
stuff is hit and miss. Take the good days when you get'em.
Left- PDA Blobette Pinching - Broke some ground here. Need to look at my notes again.

Got talked into going to the Y

Tough to get started.

Circuited around light shoulder stuff.
Hammer High Row machine - worked up to 6 pair of 45's/12 reps.
