A lotta rain on the way. Lower back stiff. Had to hobble to garage.

Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers - lower back much better afterwards.

Grip Training

Right - Plate pinching - Light first half, speed and form. Latter sets 2x45Yorks +12.5lbs platemates for some holds at top. I find that negative holds work best IF you maintain control. Picking them up, letting them go and rapidly following them down to the floor does not work. Pause, SET down.

Left - PDA Blobette Pinch work. Felt pretty good so fooled around with my original Blob50. Got some air with +3.125lbs of Platemates.
