Saturday - 10/6

Got about 4 hours sleep last night. Still cranked up from running the big meeting yesterday.

Hit work around 430AM-ish to get some filesystem dumps.

Reverse Hypers/45 degree hypers

Close Grip Bench w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets of 20. Finish with 293. Lack of sleep was making itself known.

Grip Training in Cellar - lots of humidity down there.

Right - Plate Pinching - a few good efforts with 2x45's plus platemates. Moisture was leeching out of the plates.

Left - PDA Blobette Pinching - Base strength coming up. But slippery today.

Went out to the garage to do some left handed work with the GordonV Blob50. 5 deadlifts. Big difference dampnesswise from cellar. SOLID. Pleased with my decision to get a second BLOB50. ;)

Right Hand - Grabbed pair York 25's did a few sets of bent over concentration type plate curls. Thumb ballooned up. I was tempted to carry a pair of York 45's up the steps to the garage, but my laziness won over.

Need to eat and get a nap.
