Light Plate pinching is usually a York 45 + York 25. If your goal is to pull 2x45's, you need to get used to the torque of the taller plates. Always having a 45 in the mix will get you used to the taller, torue-ier groove. The York 25 is nearly identical in thickness and texture as the York 45. Heavier days will be 45+25 for warm up, then move to 45+45 and Platemates as needed.

The PDA Blobette is at 42.5lbs, on heavier days Platemates are added. Or if the weather is good, I'll go outside and work with the Blob50.
