Right - Plate Pinching - Work on speed off floor
Left - PDA Blobette - Base strength continues to eeck up.
Humidity in cellar added a fair amount of difficulty.
Took it outside to garage
Right - 2x25 Yorks - Bent over concentration/pinch plate curls - 4 sets of 4.
Left - Pinch work with Blob50
Outside humidity higher than yesterday. Frustrating, but reinforces the "squeeze" concentration.
If you are just joining in, I'm left handed. Crush and thick stuff is easier than right, but right is better at pinch. Left is finally starting to catch up on right hand numbers with Blob work.
