Thursday - 10/25

530AM - Rain all night

Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers, coffee, chocolate peanut butter and toast between bouts.

Bit sore going in. Arms seemed sore from yesterday.

Grip Training

Right - Plate Pinching
Left - PDA Blobette and Blob50 pinching. Got some air with Blob50 +3.75lbs Platemates.

Dialed back a bit this week. Two steps forward, one back. Need to avoid the staleness of the summer from overwork.
