Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers, trap bar deadlifts and Romanians.

Grip Training

2x45York Plate Rotations - +0lbs - 2 bouts, +6.25lbs - 1 bout, +7.5lbs - 1 bout, +8.75 - 1 bout.

Cooldown - Bar rotations with Apollon's Axle.

Hands were murdered after this.

YMCA - Lats, shoulders, arms - Quick pace.
