2x45 Plate Pinch Rotations - 9 bouts with: +1.25lbs, +6.25lbs, +7.5lbs, +8.75lbs, +10lbs, +11.25lbs, +12.5lbs, +13.75lbs, +15lbs. Tough going today. No gas. So pushed through and added a few more sets than usual.
