8AM - Reverse hyper, 45 degree. Spent about 20-25 minutes rotating around.

YMCA
Rope Face Pulls, Hammer Lat Pulls, Hammer Low Row, Rope Pulls from floor. 5 or 6 circuits.
Smith Press, Hammer Laterals, Hammer Seated Press - 4 circuits
Light to medium arms.

There was no discussion of the fucking bridge in Minnesota. ;)

Hit some grip work with the IM Tugs.
