We could not help but notice that the phrase "blob lift", "blob clean" or "blob whatever" is beginning to be loosely used in some threads. The fucking "Blob" is 1/2 a York 100 roundhead dumbbell(NOT the new Legacy series) or a GordonV Blob50 replica. Anything else is just a block weight. Tighten up people. ;)
